[TxMt] [HTML Bundle] img and href snippets

Hyperlink Helper Bundle have some commands about making links.

I do "<img src="$1" alt="$2" />$0" for images. Also, you can still  
drag and drop images to insert images.

Not sure why the snippets are gone. This kind of thing sometimes  
happens, and I decide to think, "Oh, it's time to learn how to make  
snippets/commands!"
