[TxMt] File/Path Name Completion + Autocorrection

Hi,

here comes the latest version of the tmCommand 'FileName Completion'.

I speed up it a bit, improved some tiny things, simplified it, fixed  
some bugs, and I changed the key binding to SHIFT+TAB.
