It's an adaptation of the "Citation (Ref-TeX Style)" command from the  
standard LaTeX bundle.  The difference is that it uses BibDesk to  
create the list of cite keys.  Look up the key equivalent in the  
bundle editor (^u, I think) and then try it in your file.
