Well, TM can handle putting the right image sizes in from a drag/drop, 
but it's true that it might be nice to have a command that could check 
all the links in the current document, and maybe a command to add image 
sizes to an existing img tag.

As for "integration with photoshop," you'll have to explain what you 
mean.  You could trivially make a command for such integration, if you 
know how you want the feature to work.
