I should have retyped the description... Sorry.

It replaces or adds to the category snippet in the blogging bundle.  It
retrieves the actual categories from the chosen blog and allows you to
select multiple categories, and inserts them as headers in your current
post.  However, I'm about 10 minutes away from finishing a version that uses
a multi-select menu (Allan's suggestion), so I'm officially deprecating the
last version.
