I would drop the quotes around the categories in the pop-up.

Also, I would suggest using a list with multi-selection (e.g. as done  
with the Paste Selection to Paste Bin… command) or swap the Done and  
Add button and change the meaning slight. Currently if I open the  
dialog, select a category from the pop-up and then press “done” I am  
actually doing a cancel.
