[TxMt] ANN Live tail -f command Proof of concept

Great, I modified my test command to use the new nice html output:

. "$TM_SUPPORT_PATH/lib/webpreview.sh"
html_header "Tail" "${TM_FILENAME:-}"

instead of the header, and  html_footer instead of the footer.
