Have a look in the manual about how to customize foldings [1] and  
adjust indent settings [2].

You might be able to tweak the current rules to better fit your  
style, and I’ll gladly incorporate improvements into the default Ruby  
bundle -- it is however based on a non-Turing complete declarative  
system, so there are limits to what can be done.
