[TxMt] JavaScript bundle gone missing?

I see that as highly unlikely.

The list of disabled bundles is stored in TextMate’s preferences as  
an array of UUID’s. Only TextMate would really mess with that array,  
and I can’t think of a scenario where it would automatically add a  
bundle’s UUID.
