[TxMt] Shortcut for last used tab

use cmd+t to bring up the doc selector. then just hit enter.
i agree that it's not as smooth as just ctrl+tab, but it's only one extra
key stroke.
alternatively, you can use cmd+a number to select that tab. or,
opt+cmd+left or right to move from tab to tab.
