[TxMt] remote editing with textmate

Actually, why don't you look in to WebDAV?  Is WebDAV not available to 
you?  If so, you can mount the WebDAV point and it'll behave like a 
drive.  Depending on configured permissions, you'll have the ability to 
read and write.
