10.4.0 is pretty old, relatively speaking. Why not update to 10.4.8?  
It's a free upgrade.

It should scroll the document such that the top of the new page of  
documentation is visible, i.e. scroll to the top. You could actually  
replace this with

   document.body.scrollTop=0;

to get the same effect.
