There was a problem in the past, where it would think the PDF file  
was older than the document it was generated from (I think when they  
had exactly the same date).

Kevin recently fixed that -- try upgrade to Cutting Edge  
(Preferences → Software Update) and let us know if you see the  
problem after that.
