[TxMt] TextMate bookmark and MacBookPro keyboard weirdness

Hi Steve,
thanks for you comment.
I mostly use F* keys for volume and brightness.
I get used to the 'fn' key for expose F9 feature, but TextMate
bookmark shortcut is the only feature where I need to use a F* key
with another modifier. And this situation was showing some strange
behaviour that I could diagnose only today.
Now that I have understood what's going on, I think I can live with
this arrangement.
