I committed a fix on October 27th, so if you are running the most up- 
to-date version of the bundle it should work fine. The problem was  
caused by double quotes in the actions/notes. If you use simple  
quotes instead, it should work fine. But the most up-to-date version  
should work fine anyway. If they don't, I would suggest removing  
actions one at a time (after you've copied your files elsewhere of  
course) until it starts working. Then we can find the offending lines.
