[TxMt] ^X not working for Ruby -or- Rails

and yes here too !!

All my bundles are in /Library/Application\ Support/TextMate/Bundles
which i keep update via svn. I don't have any in my
~/Library/Application\ Support/TextMate/Bundles -- if that gives any
clues.
