[CHANGED] Blogging bundle: By default a ‘date created’ header is not  
sent to WordPress unless you set the TM_SEND_DATE_TO_WP variable (the  
actual value doesn’t matter, so set it e.g. to YES). Only users who  
run their blog using GMT as time zone should provide WP with a ‘date  
created’ because of faulty time zone conversions done by WP.
