[TxMt] Is anyone still using GTD(1)?

What I tried to add in the GTD2 bundle was the concept of state.  In  
the original GTD bundle the context was changed when you were waiting  
on a task (for example, a CALL task that you wanted to wait to do  
would change to a WAIT context).  In GTD2, the context remains CALL,  
but the state goes from active task (-) to a waiting state (<-).     
It seems liek a small change, but I prefer the way GTD2 works.
