You need to make sure that that version of ruby is the one TM is finding 
  in your $PATH.  So either set up your $PATH, or else set a $TM_RUBY 
variable (I think that's right).

This stuff is pretty easy, but complicated enough so that many users 
don't want to go to the hassle.  Which is why it was decided to just say 
that TM is otherwise 10.4 only.
