[TxMt] Problem with ^ (magic key ???)

Hello:

Since this morning and a new update ( TM 1.5.1 1021)
With latex Bundle when i type ^ (not the ctrl key but the key for î ô  
etc)
i've a menu on the screen

1) run makeindex
2) run BibTex

With html bundle when i type ^ all the html commands disappear
  and there remains only my text between the <p> </p>

It is very unpleasant. i need î ô ê etc...
