[TxMt] Noob: Snippets don't work?

Just downloaded a fresh copy of TM, and it looks like Allan provides  
an alias (Mac for "symlink" or "shortcut") to the Applications folder  
in the disk image. This means that you can just drag the TextMate  
icon to the Applications alias without having to navigate to the real  
folder.
