[TxMt] ASP Bundle?

I'm still stuck.  When installing the SVN client via that link, the README
indicates that I should edit my /etc/csh.login file.  I'm vaguely familiar
with vi and I'm concerned that editing the file will create other problems
since its currently read-only.

Is there something more straight-forward that won't require me to tinker in
UNIX?
