[TxMt] /usr/local/bin/mate throwing segmentation fault after Tiger upgrade

I've seen this too, and I can verify that it's happening with anything
that's using AppleEvents-- I see it frequently with osascript. I don't
know what causes it but I'd love to know how to stop it!
