(I guess you meant the "Insert Open/Close tag command).


When I type

     p
     Ctrl-<
     back
     shift-back
     div

, I end up with
     <div></p>

I tried many variations to no avail: forcing the file type to html, 
switching the edit mode to 'overwrite'...
