[TxMt] MultiMarkdown in TextMate

Thanks again, Brad. It was useful to have a look at this. Is there  
any particular reason you are using htmldoc in generating the PDF? As  
opposed to pdflatex say? Is it because htmldoc does a better job at  
generating pdfs viewable online? Best, Mark
