Thanks for the suggestion. 

I also found a great work around for this and simular Web Preview
printing using the Print Selection Service by PDF Browser programer
Manfred Schubert <http://www.schubert-it.com/download/>. It has worked
great on capturing the TODO output in color and sending it to my
printer.
