Allan,
I just want to say thanks for following through on this for me.
I am somewhat chagrined to report that the shebang line was in fact,
#!/opt/local/bin/ruby
which must have been left from when I was using Darwin Ports.
And which I must have changed my very own self. Ouch.
I apologize for taking so much of your time, but again, I really
appreciate your help.
