[TxMt] Reformat Paragraph keybinding inserts spaces, instead

I haven't touched these bundles since reinstalling -- svn status in my
bundles directory returns nothing.
I'm actually not entirely convinced this is TextMate-related (though
it may be, yet) -- I was mostly hoping someone on this list had run
into similar trouble.
