[TxMt] GTD Bundle now allows custom tab triggers

if a contexts.gtd file does not exist, the document is overwritten
with the error

/tmp/temp_textmate.u8gBOb:124:in `initialize': No such file or
directory - /Users/user/Desktop/contexts.gtd (Errno::ENOENT)
	from /tmp/temp_textmate.u8gBOb:124:in `open'
	from /tmp/temp_textmate.u8gBOb:124

It might be more helpful to create one automagically, or, in a tool-
tip, to ask the user to do so?
