[TxMt] apostrophe's missing in "multi-markdown to PDF"

That appears to be a problem with htmldoc, which can’t handle the  
curly apostrophe.

For that reason, it might be good to remove SmartyPants step from the  
MultiMarkdown => PDF, although I am a little surprised by this  
htmldoc shortcoming.
