[TxMt] New Build....

I just tested the new build and when I pop open the menu, my mouse is  
inset into the top of the menu by about 8 pixels horizontally and  
vertically. This seems odd to me - shouldn't the menu show up with  
the corner directly on my cursor, like real context menus do?

For reference, this is 10.4.6 on an intel iMac.
