[TxMt] Cannot get shell command to be executed in TM

OK.  Did that and the result is:

There is no (OakBundleItemsPopUpMenuKeyEquivalent) default for the  
(com.macromates.textmate) domain.
Defaults have not been changed.

That's what I have.  I just installed 10.4.7 yesterday.  No change.
