[TxMt] Kerning with chinese characters

Unfortunately, for all of TM's triumphs, multi-byte character sets
ain't one of 'em :-(
Those of us who need to deal with Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc are
out of luck for now.
Personally, I use skEdit when I need to edit Japanese stuff.
