Nope. Fresh Tiger install, though I did copy over ~/Library/ 
Application Support/TextMate and ~/Library/Preferences/ 
com.macromates.textmate.plist.

Just tested the choose context dialog and got the same issue.

Just the one that comes with TxMt.
