[TxMt] Feature Request: Bundle Editor / Filter List

I think it's a great idea to include some kind of information about  
the bundles. I've already taken to including some of this information  
in a snippet with no trigger, but it would be nice to see some kind  
of official method for including this info.

To me, the most important items are (in order):

1. Some kind of bundle version number
2. Where to find out more about the bundle (new versions,  
documentation, screencasts, etc.)
3. Author(s) credit & date.
4. Short Description.
5. If there are local modifications.
