Spam (was: [TxMt] Visit this sites!)

Bots are able to sign up for forums now, even with anti-spam protection
enabled (email verification, security image verification) so i don't see why
they can't do the same with mailing list style things. I know bots regularly
sign up for my forum. they all seem to be russian email addresses too...
