I think what Alain is saying is that he still wants to be able to  
read/edit these files in his TM project, he just doesn't want them to  
participate in searches, and I quite agree with his point, that would  
be a nice addition. Not sure how hard it would be to implement  
though, or how high it would be in the priority list.
