well sure it should ship with proper scopes set :) It's just that no- 
one noticed the error until now. The current version in the  
repository has this fixed.
The bundle is being maintained by volunteers, so there are lots of  
details like those that come up during testing by users. Your  
feedback helps up make it better (for instance fixed this scope  
problem).
