[TxMt] Terminal replacement

I've also tried rebuilding iTerm but with no luck. I'd hoped to have  
a go at fixing the prefs problem but I've only just got a mac and  
don't know the api's.

The problem is with NSCFDictionary, using the setObject: foo forKey:  
baa function, it fails with
'mutating method sent to immutable object'

Whats unusual is my self-built copy of iTerm did save prefs very  
occasionally, normally failed though.
