This scheme has some problems when the filepath has spaces and such,  
because Texniscope does not escape them properly. Instead, set the  
editor to be the path to the "mate" program
(TextMate->Help->Terminal Usage...) and arguments to be "%file -l % 
line" without the double quotes.
