Interesting, it works here. Could you try replacing the div.console  
and div.console_error entries in the CSS block in Xcode.tmbundle/ 
Support/bin/format_build.rb with the following?

div.console {
	font-family: "Monaco", "Bitstream Vera Sans Mono", monospace;
	white-space: pre;
	white-space: pre-wrap;
	word-wrap: break-word;
	color: black;
}

div.console_error  {
	font-family: "Monaco", "Bitstream Vera Sans Mono", monospace;
	white-space: pre;
	white-space: pre-wrap;
	word-wrap: break-word;
	color: red;
}
