[TxMt] HTML Tag Completion

Thank you so much for the video link. The more I learn about this  
great program, the more I love it. Maybe I'm missing something very  
obvious but I'm still not 100% sure on how to accomplish this basic  
task. In the very late seconds of the video you can see him type out  
a ul and li tags and the closing tags are created automatically. This  
is exactly the result i'm looking for. Are these snippets he's  
created? Thanks so much.
