As far as I know, nothing like that exists.  Develop away!  If there are 
any tricky design decisions, feel free to ask around on the list.  Even 
those of us (like me) with minimal XML experience, and no XSLT 
experience whatsoever will be happy to share our dogmatic, and 
undoubtedly impractical opinions. ;)
