Leo: the following works for me (but I must say that
this aspect of TextMate should be really ironed out)

In a terminal window,
cd /Library/Application\ Support/TextMate
and then
svn co http://macromates.com/svn/Bundles/trunk/PlugIns
(if asked for name/pass:  anon/anon)
