CodeCompletion%20BETA.tmbundle/ ~/Library/Application\ Support/ 
TextMate/Bundles/CodeCompletion\ BETA.tmbundle

UPDATE:
svn up ~/Library/Application\ Support/TextMate/Bundles/CodeCompletion 
\ BETA.tmbundle

Then do the TextMate menu item:
	Bundles > Bundle Editor > Reload Bundles


Note: there isn't anything in the bundle yet.... that's where you  
come in ;)
