[TxMt] TextMate Code Completion (Tasks)

Count me in for #3 when #2 is ready.  I have a solid knowledge of  
HTML, XHTML and CSS and could work within the parameters of a static  
file or command just fine.  I'm happy to put effort in wherever needed.
