[TxMt] perlmate.rb broken?

Andy,
You need to checkout the TextMate Support folder to /Library/
Application Support/TextMate/Support.
It might be easiest to just delete /Library/Application Support/
TextMate/, and then checkout the entire Bundle trunk with:
svn co http://macromates.com/svn/Bundles/trunk/ /Library/Application\
Support/TextMate
