[TxMt] creating the plist files in a bundle

Yes it is important; it is what TextMate uses it to determine which  
command is which, uniqueness, etc. (You can rename things, move them  
etc. and TextMate will still know which is which, etc) You can  
generate one with the uuidgen command in Terminal though, or from the  
script of course.
