[TxMt] New app annoucement

Hi Will, I'm not seeing the preference file. Ran odbeditor and returned this:
  --> Unable to find application for bundle com.barebones.bbedit.

And then no preference file
(~/Library/Preferences/org.dyndns.wuther.ODBforwarder.plist) is
created in ~/Library or /Library.
