No -- but a few bundles override it (reformat quoted text in mail,  
objective-c method signatures).

I added that to the hardcoded pattern. It’s not ideal (with a  
hardcoded pattern), but the part of the source which holds it, is  
rather self-contained and can’t really look-up preferences values ATM.
